Refund policy
We want you to love everything you order from Matchie Matchie. If something isn’t quite right, our 7 day return policy makes it easy to exchange or return your item.
How to Return an Item
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please pack your product(s) carefully to ensure nothing gets damaged in transit the items(s) are your responsibility until they reach us.
We shall refund you within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned item(s).
Refunds will be for the price of the item
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We are unable to offer refunds or returns on Sale Items.
Exchanges
Changed your mind? No worries! We offer:
Exchanges (for an alternative product of equal value) within 7 days for items in their original condition.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items?
We sincerely apologise if you received a damaged or incorrect item!
Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order and send photographs of the damaged or faulty item. Email hello@matchiematchie.me with photos and order details. We will replace the item or issue a refund if necessary
